2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment details, is accurate.

Kagaz reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other exceptional circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are processed only after successful payment or confirmation of the applicable payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown on the website. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

Returns and refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged or defective, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For a damage claim, customers must record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package. The video must clearly show the package and the product during opening.

Customers must contact Kagaz within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree not to misuse the website, provide false information, attempt fraudulent transactions, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kagaz website, including logos, designs, product images, graphics, text, and other materials, belongs to Kagaz or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
